Looking for quality brought me to Steve and HarrisonGame Calls. I had heard through contacts at a local sporting goods dealer that Steve had some great calls. I looked Steve up and in a matter of seconds I knew my search was over.  Great sounding calls!

As a newcomer to Turkey Hunting, I wanted a call a beginner could use and still sound like a pro. I was sounding like the big boys the very first day. Thanks Steve.

A few years ago, I would'nt have known the difference between a turkey and a prairie chicken. I'd been watching those guys on TV getting all sorts of turkeys and gave it a try. Nada, I could'nt have bought a turkey.  I gave Steve's call a try, a friend in East Texas had bought one. It's easy to use, great sounding, awesome looking and has been a moving force in my learning curve. Thanks Steve, great calls! Good Luck too!

Dont let the good looks fool ya. I had a Tom dang near run over me looking for that hen. He was strutting so hard I thought he was gonna explode! I will always have a Harrison Call in my hand when I'm chasing Tom.

Excellent calls. Haven't been able to find anything that compares. The sounds are crisp and the craftmanship is perfect. I wish everything was this easy to master. Now if I can only get my shot to be as perfect as this call. Good Luck Steve!

I thought that since I have this new sales medium of the internet, I'd offer prospective customers some testimonials of clients and customers I've had for the last few years. Dont take any of them lightly, you would'nt believe the hassle involved with even getting people to write one. Some sent them in without asking which is a testimonial in itself. Time is a very valuable commodity in our lives, and for those who sent in words of encouragement and testimonials on the quality of my calls, I thank you all very much....Steve Harrison

I can't wait to see how the turkeys in North Carolina like it !  Thanks so much for sending the call to me so promptly. Your call will be in my vest when I go out opening day. I'm sure the turkeys will be amazed at the sound!! I can't say enough great things about this call!  I guess to sum it up in two words - THE BEST !

Steve, got the call yesterday, Wed. afternoon.
Awesome turkey sounds!!  From the super soft, mellow, to loud and agressive, the call is there. True hen tones.  Not only that Steve, but this call is beautiful. Hope you keep making them, over time I would like them all. Almost hate to take it to the woods.
Cant wait to see how the gobblers like it. Wed. was opening day of the first season here. Called for a buddy, his first year, he got a nice 22 lbr.  that came in from the roost right off the bat. It will be a couple weeks before I will get to hunt again, and then I have the last season in late May. I'll be carrying the Osage Orange. I'll let you know I made out with the call.

Thanks,  Mike Luer

Steve, just thought you might like to know how I did with my Osage Orange the very first time I had it in the woods.
I was calling for my dad, an experienced gobbler hunter, and a friend of ours, who's first time turkey hunting was this year.  We had a bird roosted the night before the opener, and got set up on him in the morning. I gave him three tree calls with my new call you made. The call sounds even better in the woods. The gobbler roared back, and when he flew down, I gave him some sweet talk. The old boy came in on a string, drumming away. He kept getting closer, and closer. Dad was holding off, to let our friend have the first opportunity. Man he was a monster, he got to ten yards away from them. But it seemed our friend had him a case of gobbler fever!!!  His gun was weaving, and he was shaking. The gobbler busted them and started leaving. Our friend finally got a shot off, but missed him clean!! After it was over, it took him a while to settle down, he now knew how exciting turk hunting is. He patterened his gun good, hell of a shot, but had never experienced the old gobbler coming right in at you.
We left there, and went a mile up the road and tried it again. Right away on the first series, I hit gobbles with the Osage Orange. We got set up, and in no time two Jakes ran in. We ran them off and moved further in. Again, gobbles on the first series. We trucked in a little farther and set up again. They loved the Osage Orange! I had them fired up big time, double and triple gobbling steady. When they were that hot, I was cutting non stop, and loving it. The two gobblers came in on a dead run, just stopping to peel off a bunch of gobbling.
We got the double, when they hit 25 yards, both guns fired, and two big WI. longbeards were harvested. 22 1/2 and 22 lbs. Both beards at right around 11"   Spurs on both birds at exactly one inch. Not the biggest turkey in the woods, but them hot two year olds are something else aint they?  Our friend was estatic, as we all were. He's no doubt a fanatic turk hunter now.
The call performed awesome. The turkeys ate it up. Cant wait till my season to use her again. By the way...I'm thinking of building my own site, dedicated to the love of hunting turkeys, would it be all right if I have a link to your site on there?  Or if not, at least throw in some heavy plugging for your calls? Thanks again Steve!

I'm am the proud owner of a Sassafras Slate call by Harrison Game Calls and will never buy another brand again.  I just wanted to let you know.

Steve!!...How could you send me a call like this? Now I'll have to shoot turkeys from the inside of my house! This call is so nice I am afraid to take it outside! The sounds that I can produce with it are fantastic. This call is the "Stradivarius" of the turkey fiddle's. Don't forget to contact me when your glass calls are ready. My best to you and your family.

Thank's again!

Note: Marc liked his call so much, he made his buddy buy one! Marc? I assure you, your slate is sturdy enough for outside...go ahead and scratch away!
